Basically superstitial banners are flash banners with expanding size. (Also know as expandable flash banner)

But this allows the following features:

Any banner area will be able to be marked as "Allow Expandable" and a dropdow box should give these options: "Horizontal Top", "Horizontal Bottom", "Vertical Left", "Vertical Right".

Horizontal banners, increase they height... so if it was 60px tall, it can became for example 300px tall, (this is the height of the flash file, the max it will increase)

Vertical Banners will increase they width (the max amount of width is the size of flash video).

When you place the flash, you should create a div with the size of the banner block (for example, 300x60) and place inside the flash file (for example 300x200).

As we know that mozila is not allow mouseover event on flash video. So this mod will work only in IE (Internet Explorer).
