Self signup for Advertiser/Publisher with Authorize.net

This mod integrates the Self Sign-up and Authorize.net in openads for both ‘Advertisers’ and ‘Publishers’. In original openadsonly admin can create the ‘Advertisers’ or ‘Publisher’ new account but using this mod Advertisers/Publishers can signup by themselves. For this  Advertisers/Publishers need to click on signup link in the openads home page, at the time of signup the user has to pay certain amount to become an Advertiser/Publishers and this amount can be set by admin from admin side.

Also, we have this mod without Anthorize.net, see Advertiser and publisher registration module. Here the Advertiser and Publisher can login without paying.
