Self Signup For Advertiser (Authorize.net/paypal)

In Openads, only Admin can create the account of an Advertiser.

But now its possible that Advertiser can create their own account.

This mod allows the advertiser to self register and they can upload their own banners, and they can manage their accounts using this mod. If he want to register himself, he has to pay some amount either through paypal or auhtorize.net. if admin need to disable that he can also do that.

 This mod also integrates the Self Sign-up and authorize.net and paypal in openads. For this  advertiser need to click on signup link in the openads home page, at the time of signup the user has to pay certain amount to become an advertiser and this amount can be set by admin from admin side.
