Billing System Integration (with Publisher payment UI)

Mod will Integrate a billing system with Authorize.net which will allow advertisers to purchase campaigns inventory.

Here, admin can set banner's price per 1000 impressions or 1000 clicks and Advertiser will able to purchase 1000 clicks or 1000 impressions by PAYPAL.  After purchasing impressions, advertiser's campaign will be added by purchased clicks or impressions.

Also, this mod will give Interface for admin where he can set global price for clicks per thousands and according to last month clicks, he can see billing amount for all publisher which he need to pay. Also, there will be paypal button with each publisher and he can pay buy manually.
